Tk’emlúps te Secwepemc (TteS), Sechelt First Nations (SFN) and the James Bay Cree(JBC) Day Scholar Update Summer 2017
The Tk’emlúps te Secwepemc, Sechelt First Nations and the James Bay Cree Certified Day Scholars Class Action is currently:
- Involved in Exploratory Discussions with Canada.
- Ttes, SFN & JBC will continue to move forward in the negotiations process with Canada.
- As to date, we have not settled the Day Scholar Certified Class Action, therefore there are NO Benefits available to apply for right now.
- This certified day scholar class action may take 1 to 4 years to settle. We will continue to work towards a settlement.
